STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS

A) PRICING

 All prices indicated are in SGD$ nett and based on cash & carry / COD [cash on delivery] from

our office at

 Delivery and installation service where required are chargeable at prevailing rate and will be

confirmed during finalising of orders.

PAYMENT DETAILS

Please note that we do not accept personal cheque but cash / cash in advance only upon Delivery.

All payments must be in advance (for delivery / postage) or in Cash (for self-collection).

N/B: We do not carry any NETS facility on-site.

B) SHIPPING

Local Delivery / Courier Service

 All Singapore orders will be despatched either by Sing Post or Courier within 3 working days

from receipt of payment and delivery details in full.

 Except for Courier or Registered Post items, KKB will not be liable for any loss of items using

normal mail postage.

 Most Singapore orders will take about 2 – 3 working days to reach its destination by mail or

up to 1 week during festive seasons.

Local Postage Rates [within Singapore]

There will be an additional $2.30 (inclusive of GST) applicable for local registered article.

We follow closely to Sing Post non-standard Letters and Packets/Packages rates.

Delivery terms

 Orders will only be shipped after payments have been received.

 KKB is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising

out of the use or inability to use our products and website information which is provided to

our best knowledge to assist customers in making their product selection and KKB will not be

liable in the events of misinterpretation of products by customers for their applications.

 By making a purchase on KKB, you are deemed to have agreed to the above outlined policies

and our terms & conditions.

C) Bulk Purchase Terms

 We provide competitive rates for bulk purchases of selected products for commercial /

personal usage. Do email us at sales@kkb.com.sg for more information.

 Purchase is only confirmed upon receipt of payment by our stipulated time via Bank

Transfer, Cash, Cheque (upon clearance) or TT in advance. Any unpaid purchase will deem it

cancelled and we are not obligated to bring in the item for the buyer unless otherwise as

prior agreement.

 Warranty coverage varies with each product.
